Job Description: Individual will serve as the Q.E.D. Planning Manager for a U.S Navy contract. Contract requirements will include Ship Change Documentation Support (SCD), Ship Checks, Ship Installation Drawings (SIDs), Configuration Management, Logistics Support, Ship Availability Planning, and In-service Engineering Agent (ISEA) support. The Q.E.D. Planning Manager will report directly to the Q.E.D. Deputy Program Manager (DPM), and will be responsible for Ship Availability planning, scheduling, coordination, and production estimates.
Job Requirements/skill sets: A minimum of 10-years of experience supporting ship overhaul planning functions, including Availability Impact Analysis (AIA) and Duration Analysis. Must have experience in Ship Availability Planning, Critical Path Scheduling, Conjunctive Alterations, Work Planning, Specification Development and Duration Analysis.
Education Requirements: High School Diploma
Security Clearance/Naval Facility Access: U.S. citizenship required. Must be able to meet and maintain eligibility for U.S. Secret Clearance and/or be able to access military facilities, naval shipyards, and private shipyards.
